On the management screen you decide how many of each weapon types each weaponsmith produces.
You also set the food consumption by your people.
You can also change your unused forest land to plains land for a fee of 100 gold per 1 land and plains land to forest.
When chaning forest to plains it takes 2 plains to get 1 forest land.
